Data Deletion Request

At Pet2Human, we respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal data secure and confidential. In line with data-protection regulations and our dedication to transparency, you may delete your data via one of the two methods below.

Request Deletion by E-Mail

Email our support team at office@codium.at with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
In your email, include the address associated with your Pet2Human account so we can locate your data.
We will send a confirmation email to ensure we are communicating with the rightful account owner.
Please allow reasonable time for us to remove your data completely. We will notify you once deletion is finished.

Please Note

Data deletion is permanent. Once removed, your historical data and preferences cannot be recovered, and in-app functionality that depends on that data may be affected.
