Terms of Service

By downloading the Pet2Human app and using our service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a software-license agreement between Codium App Ideas OG (hereinafter “Codium”) and you, the person licensing the Services (hereinafter “Licensee”).

The Services are additionally governed by the Apple Licensed Application End-User License Agreement (“EULA”). In the event of a conflict, these Terms apply in addition to (and do not replace) the EULA.

1. Subscription

If the Licensee uses the Services on a paid subscription basis, the following terms apply:

1.1 Payment

The subscription fee is charged to the Licensee’s iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

1.2 Auto-Renewing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the Manage Subscriptions section of the Licensee’s iTunes account settings. Pet2Human will notify the Licensee of any price increase and, where required, seek consent to continue.

1.2.1 Payment

The Licensee is charged no more than 24 hours before the start of each subscription period. If a charge cannot be processed (e.g., expired card or insufficient funds) and the Licensee has not cancelled, the Licensee remains responsible for unpaid amounts. We will continue to attempt the charge after the Licensee updates their payment method, which may shift the billing date of the next period.

1.3 Free Trial

If Pet2Human offers a free trial, the Licensee may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

2. Privacy

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
